Can the tower be relocated any closer to Philly.. with ysp and pst, where would it go....all I can think of is further south if an increase in power is allocated....

This is great news. I would be really great if it could be heard in Philly, but I guess that would be tough with 94.1 and 94.5. It would be really great if we actually had a full-time full-power oldies station in Philly again. WOGL is so bad, I don't even consider them oldies anymore! It would be great if we could get a station playing a mix like 1340 WMID does down the shore. Eventually, maybe WHAT will tweak there mix some more, they are already playing some 50s and early 60s oldies cuts.

Listening This morning on line. They are using the calls WIBG so I guess the calls have changed. Wondering if there is still a WIBG AM in Ocean City? It sounds great so far a bit choppy audio but I expect this to be a work-in-progress. Good work Sam!!!

The official call change to WIBG has not occurred yet. It is still WILW. The new studios in Ocean City also are not built out yet. WILW is still using the glorious software systems that were perfected under Coastal broadcasting, from the Coastal brodcasting studios in WILWOOD. Hence the choppy. It is not my programming. I have not gotten my hands on it yet. If I did, you'd know it, and you'd hear it. I am headed down there with my crew today for the first time. Give me a minute. Or two.
