Hz So Good's I.R.S. (It Really Shoulda been Top 10): filing deadline March 31!

As way of introduction, I'm editor of longtime radio/music e-blog-azine Hz So Good (if you don't get it and would like to, email me at [email protected]).
This time of year we like giving the I.R.S. new meaning, as in It Really Shoulda been a top 10 hit. Hence the 3rd annual I.R.S. Top 104. To file, send your 40 songs (tltle and artist please) that shoulda been top 10 to same email. If you'd like to include comments, that's fine. You don't need to check charts, we can do that here, and you can certainly send less than 40.
Deadline is Wednesday March 31. Friday night at 6pm ET, listen to www.wnhu.net for the review of the Top 104 on Bob Radil's Friday Night 60s-70s Show.
