I-94 looks like it debuted DOA in the Summer Indy Arbitron book.

Audience shares for Teens 12-17, 12-24, 18-34 and others wayyyyyy behind WHHH, WNOU and WZPL.

Really no better results than Warm or News/Talk had. And they flipped right near the start of the ratings period.

A pathetic performance actually.
 
With a 12+ of under one for I94, no surprises there. WNOU was off about one full share - maybe I-94 is having an impact there.

WHHH and WTLC both up considerably. WFMS, WIBC, WFBQ off.

WKLU's shares do not appear in the public book.
 
I think 93.9 would been ideal for oldies, then we could watch another class A start to get better ratings than some of the stations with more power.

That company would not do that because there afraid it would hurt JJK but Jack seems to be more classic rock than classic dance oldies of hits.
 
So what are you saying....... a movin type station,,, the beat of indianapolis.... I think the market may be too crowed for another chr unless it was very Hot chr with more KW..... I get spotty reception on I 94 in northern morgan county only 20 miles away.
 
I Just had a strange feeling that I94 was gonna be a mistake for 93.9. Shouldve not have gone for the CHR piece of the pie. there was no way they could try to counter WZPL which as is Is Adult CHR and WNOU. with a recurrent based CHR. But thats how Cloudy seems to run its CHR's with an Adult Lean and heavy on the recurrents
 
On Yes.com. I94 top songs long out of the top 100 songs they have listed 82 of them are either in Recurrent status on the charts or Gold songs. That is out right sad for a CHR Station. =

WNOU is bout 50/50 Current/Recurrent & Gold Status but i believe partof the heavyness on the gold is from their wayback lunch feature

WZPL is usually always 50/50 because of the No Refusual Friday where they barely play many currents on friday. and smiley plays anything and everything in the mornings

I thought about taking a DT converter apart to see if I can find a way to make it operate on batteries, add a led station display, and add a little FM transmitter so it can transmit audio on 87.9, 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7, 88.9.

If all of this above could be done without costing someone a lot of money to buy a converter with all of this.


Randy could start to break down the conservative FM stations by using the sub channels of HDTV...
 
Is that even legal..... I worked for a pirate and quit just before he got caught.
 
I'm thinking they just need to stop! That frequency changes formats and calls every 10 minutes. They just need to settle in and relax for a few minutes and let an audience come to them or spend a couple bucks and promote the new format.
 
I heard a DJ say this morning that she's only heard good things about Lady Gaga's performance last night. Unless the DJ was happy Lady Gaga canceled her performance last night, something's fishy here. ;)
 
Are you serious? THIS is what they get for a. voicetracking and b. voicetracking from out of town. Well, for anyone left listening to this station, they've just confirmed what a terrible radio station this is.
 
Then more than likely it would have been Brittney who like i said is Voicetracked from Atlanta. so more than likely she didnt know nothin bout the Gaga show incident. Was it Marco or Mel who said it or was it after Marco and Mel left the air for the day. then it wouldve been Voice tracked

it just proves once again voicetracking = fail.
