I believe Phil Filiseangelis (sp) is now at WDEL and Ted Efaw is back at WILM

I haven't heard Phil Filiseangelis (sp) on WILM/WDOV lately, but then the other day believe I heard his voice doing sports on WDEL in afternoon drive. I tuned in after he started his sportscast and missed his name being said in the introduction, and he didn't give his name when he finished, but it sure sounded like Phil. I've heard John Lewis on WDEL too on occasions, he's a former WILM employee who'd now fulltime at WCBM in Baltimore apparently doing some part time work at WDEL.

I noticed also that Ted Efaw is back at WILM. Ted's a good reporter and a very good talk show host. I know WILM is basically on the bird for talk now except for John Watson, but if I were WILM, I'd find a weekday daytime slot for Ted Efaw doing talk. In any case, it's good to hear Ted back on the air in this area again.

The voice you heard on WDEL was mine. I've never mentioned my name much. Mabe I should take this as a hint that I should do it more.

Joe, you need to have Loudell introduce you by name. I have noted that he often goes to you without doing so...almost as if he does not know your name or can't recall it.

BTW, Mike, the correct sp on Phil's name is Feliceangeli. Not a "Smith" or "Jones," indeed. :<)
 
Phil Feliceangeli not at WDEL

Thanks for the correct spelling. Joe you've got a good voice, very similar to Phil's. Yea, I'd get them to use your name. After all they use the name of the prerecorded Accu-weather person and the on the road guys so it's not an unreasonable request to use your name.

So I guess Phil is still at CC probably still in Dover at WDOV. For a short time I was hearing Phil on WILM/WDOV's morning newscast doing sports, right after Tom Byrne left WILM for Channel 12 full time. Then I've not heard him since, but then I don't listen every morning either, some mornings I'll tune in to WDEL's morning newscast.
 
Phil was doing the news at both WDOV and WDSD, so I'd assume he's still doing that. I was listening to WDSD through much of the afternoon, so I didn't hear Phil (he's usually on in the mornings).
