OK, so I love radio-info, and it's a great way to keep up on my old stations. But, I visited SC this weekend and I was completely surprised.
From what I read on this board, Revv is supposed to be taking over, and Beaver, excuse me, HOT is supposed to sound bad.
Whomever made comments below about this are sadly mistaken. Hot sounds great! Glen (and Im not drinking the Glen kool-aid here), has done a really good job with the imaging, stationality, and from what I've heard... management of HOT. Even Club 103 sounds better.
I'll never again read this board and think that what I'm seeing is true.
A few other comments about my visit:
Forever in Johnstown and Altoona needs some help. Dead segues on a CHR? Cmon now, this isn't 1975 anymore (and some of your music selection is WAYYY off <js special no doubt>.
REVOLUTION ERRRGGGGHHHHh! I wish local broadcasters would take their stations more seriously. AND YES... revvv still has audio problems outside of State College. Swallow the pride and spend some DAMN money. Whos that hot chick on their website though, does she want a real job in radio?
