I can finally hear MAX!

Found the website for MAX FM and what do you know...they're streaming! Anyone know if they are doing any on-air promotions around this?

Yeah I've heard a few promos about it.

I'm wondering...the last time Max was discussed on this board, the consensus of other posters was that First Broadcasting was just going to program the station and tweak their signals with an eye towards selling them.

They seem to have decided, after a year or so, to really do something with it. Are the stations still for sale?

So when will the move and subsequent upgraded signal for WOXY 97.7 to Mason be completed/announced?
Also, what's the status of 95.5 signal upgrade and closer move to Cincinnati metro?

First holds a CP for WOXY on a tower at the Monroe/Middletown line, and the WAXZ CP at Morehead is granted as well, so it's just a matter of building out the two facilities. The switch-over has to happen at the same time for both as well.

There was an application to move 99.5 to the north but it was dismissed by the FCC in May.
