how did a bankrupt 2-bit company like on-top get their signal back up so quick when most of the new orleans big sticks are still silent. On top of that (no pun intended) 1045s tower was in the direct path of the eye, in an area with no power both at their studios and the tower. Im just curious whos their engineer and how'd they do that?
