I am lost without The Russ Martin Show :'( I used to wait for commercial breaks at work so I could go down the hall and use the facilities. Now with no RMS my afternoon is ruined. :-\ Sure some of the show was childish humor but it made you laugh and that is a good thing after a stressful day. The line used to go "You might as well drive to and from work laughing - Jagger mornings Russ Martin afternoons"... Now, Jagger isn't funny due to the sprots crap and Russ is gone.

I can't speak for jeffdfw, but the "new" 105.3 evokes in me a strong urge to do all three (not necessarily in the order you mentioned), so listening to it is out of the question if I hope to get any work done.
