WDKF 94.5-FM - Top 40 (Sale pending following FCC requirements)

Has anyone heard whether or not there is truth to this and if so who is the potential buyer??
Just curious.

This station is in the Aloha Trust which was set up for "extra" CC stations that put Clear Channel over the ownership limits. CC is allowed to "keep" these stations but it can not "run" or program these stations directly. The trust is to sell these stations in an "orderly" fashion, but there is no time limit. Aloha means good by or hello so unless someone offers what CC considers a "fair" price the trust stations could go back to CC if the ownership limits are ever relaxed.

I'm not following the part where you said "They can not run them directly". How did they end up keeping Kim Faris for mornings if they can't program the station? Does this involve just the music or the personalities? I'm confused.
