I got a silent WROQ HD2

It looks like that after adding HD to 101.1 Audacy seems to have activated HD 2 for the first time I picked it up. It was silent Thursday and earlier when i tuned in it did not exist though HD3 did. Im back in the ATL so it will be at least 6 weeks before im back in the upstate area.
 
WROQ doesn’t have a HD2 that’s active. When the HD2 and HD3 were activated last November, they placed Poder on the HD3 for whatever reason and the HD2 was just silence. A month or so later, the HD2 was shut off completely and now there’s just HD1/HD3. Weird.
