Just this morning I had trouble getting into my XM online account. I was unable to get in. When I called they did help me, aldo I got my account info as to when my accounts expire, I also mentioned that I had my Car rear ended and be without my car for a period of time, So the Account manager added 3 months to my account at no charge to make up for the time I will be without my Car XM.
To me this is outstanding service
