Apologies in advance for moving off the original topic, but reading some of these complaints to the FCC also made me wonder: With all the complaints against Comcast, AT&T and other providers, does the FCC actually investigate each one, or do they send them to the service provider in question with a certain period to respond so it can be closed...Or do they basically shrug their shoulders and say "Meh...Comcast" and move along?Some folks develop weird theories about things they cannot actually see.
