I guess someone forgot to load the show

I tune into Kool 98.3 at 7AM to listen to AT 40 the 70s with Casey Kasem and it's wall to wall commercials, liners, and no show.

Nobody must be in the building because this has gone on for 15 minutes now.

Someone forget to load the show? oops.

And its the 4th of July. Wonder how long this will go on for?

Not to mention the 40th anniversary of the launch of AT40.

Heads must roll for this one.

Overheard at the AT40 command center in Hollywood:

"Is Don on the phone? All right, I want someone to use their [bleep] brains and not air non-stop commercials, when I'm doing a show featuring a dedication about a [bleep] dog dying!"

"... Atlantic Broadcasting? Boy, this is [bleep] ponderous, man... Ponderous, [bleep] ponderous!"

"And on the 40th anniversary of the program, of all days. Good golly, miss Molly."

So, since he retired last year you're saying that the material is a new show?

I would think that Casey would have to be a consultant of some sort. Kinda like when coaches stop coaching teams and decide to retire, they are given the opportunity to stay on as a "consultant."

So, as a "consultant" he cans new programming for distribution each week?
