As we know Cumulus is purchasing Citadel and the deal should be completed sometime by the end of the year. Citadel Media is to also be part of the sell. The Kidd Kraddick Morning Show is under Citadel Media. So with that said will Cumulus potenially be able to move Kidd from Kiss to i93 or is since Kiss is the shows flagship does it hold some form of rights to keep the show? Or even could Kidd possibly have some form of say/control?

No, because Kidd just signed a contract extension at Clear Channel and besides I thisnk Adam Bomb is doing a terrific job at i93.
 
Citadel is only involved with nationwide affiliate distribution. Kidd is a Clear Channel property. (Don't ask. I couldn't answer.)
 
Actually, Kidd is his OWN property. He used to be a Clear Channel "property" but took control of his own destiny many years ago. Now CC is just another client. And yes, the former ABC Radio Networks (now Citadel Media, soon to be Cumulus Media?) simply acts a a distribution vehicle, either in addition to...or in place of, Premier.
 
Your criticism has nothing to do with this thread and since much of the country disagrees with your assessment (judging from the ratings the show garners), it is easy to see why you spend a great deal of time pontificating about that which you know very little and not much time keying a mic.
 
Thanks everyone for the info......So it sounds like since Cumulus will have some form of a relationship with Kraddick, at some point there could be an attempt bring him over to i93. One would think, right?

Not for another 4 years. Yea Networks(Kraddock's company) just signed another 4 year deal with KHKS earlier this month.

Why would they bring him to a lesser signal? KISS covers the prime market a little better.
