I heard A KAGM listener call and ask the Lee on the air about Chris and Phil and he said they are gone so lets move on. He then said that they will be putting on a live and local afternoon host when Larry & Diane Start.

Question who could they put on with More drawing power than the Bean who has been in the market for 2o years. Who who could this genuis Lee be bringing in to save the sinking talk ship.
Edited by Monzanohighguy on 03/19/06 12:24 AM.

LOL great answer. I say that since KAGM had a 1.0 in the first trend of the winter book, which of course means they could go below a 1.0 in the next trend. I say we just stop the beating of a dead horse uhhh talk station and let them rest in peace as they see another year of redink pile up.

Remember the Uncle in Bakersfield will not fire his gm nephew, thats not an issue.
I have also noticed that over 70% of KABG and KAGM ads as well as 95% of their remotes are for Santa Fe biz.

Interesting comment about the Santa Fe sales - they do seem to have gotten their sales act together in SF rather well. AGM has acquired some A-list sales personnel from Citadel and other sources for their Albuquerque operation, so perhaps we will hear some on-air action from the Albuquerque team soon.

I'd be very surprised. Santa Fe is easier with lower competition.
But Albuquerque - with declining AGM shares and the big guns of
Citadel and Clear Channel - is going to be a tough battle.

I can't imagine AGM was able to hire Citadel's "A-List" people;
perhaps in their mind they did!
