I really am not pleased with the changes the new mgmt made at the edge ???Just just make no sense.Heres hoping for kzon to come back on the air i just want to know what is riviera thinking?
 
Can the valley support two alternative rockers, NO. I wish KZON would dump the music and add talk in all day parts like Free FM L.A. Even San Diego's Free FM has more talk than KZON.

The Edge at its worst sounded better than the 2000-2005 era Zone. CHR processing for an alt-rock station? No, thanks. But, that's just my opinion. The 1995-1999 Zone was good music-wise, but it was a cross between a Modern AC and an Modern Rock, and still called themselves "Rock Alternative" (KFLX in Flagstaff still has a similar format).
 
Does anybody in the altrock demo actually still listen to the radio? Maybe an ipod is in order...

KSCF/San Diego is all talk, except for Steven's Underground Garage which also airs on KLSX. Of course, a decent chunk of that weekend talk is brokered.

I actually like the music better now on KZON
 
The problem with listening to an ipod in my opinion is i liek to here new music modern rock to be specific and an ipod no can do yes there is internet radio but can't listen to say y100 in the car and satelitte radio ain't gonna spend the money at the moment.Not fare to have to spend money to here cool new music i think.except for cds but if you buy that you already knwo what you are buying or you should.Just ones man opinion.
 
Um I don't know about that.... I do sometimes wish that KZON would come back on the Air....But I do like Free FM and I love the weekend Music! It is the best in town! who ever is programming that station is doing an awesome job!
