I Knew This Would Happen: RS Promo On WRKO

I knew this would happen: there was a Dana Hersey-voiced promo for the Red Sox at mid-day Thursday on WRKO; the one that starts out with "Every pitch, every hit, every run of the Red Sox season will be heard on WRKO". It wasn't true before the recent WEEI announcement...it's doubly false now. Oh, BTW, WRKO was being blitzed by static as sometimes happens during the day where I live, but on this occasion it was made worse by the power reduction WRKO is experiencing while it paints the towers as I understand.
If the games had continued as scheduled on AM 680, more people would have been forced to resort to WTIC-
AM or some other outlet.
 
Also they're still running "Road to the Playoffs" features during Howie's 6 pm hour (basically a summary of the last game). But that's sponsored and they probably have to fulfill it.
