I Like Easy 93.1

This new station is worthy of its own new thread. Yes, the station has yet to incorporate jocks, and we have all complained about the over-abundance of AC stations in the market. However, Easy 93.1 has really impressed me. While it certainly is a "soft" AC station, it is playing a wide variety of music, and it is playing many songs that are rarely heard on the market's other ACs, such as Coast, Majic, Kool 105.5, and Sunny.

Kudos to Cox on a good move.
 
Easy 93.1 sounds great. I don't think you will hear any announcers. Possibly a morning person for news & weather. That will be it, and that is okay.
 
I think they still have their feelers out, as far as the music, to see how well it "sticks." They have played tunes that are hardly soft AC, but they may be adding/removing to "settle" on the music.

They played what is likely their most recent song, "Breathe" by Faith Hill, which is a bit loud, but I understand that they have to keep it somewhat current, to keep the demo.
