I miss old school KABC talk radio show hosts.....

The Mark Davis Show on the weekends I think on KABC. I used to really enjoy that show and thought he put on a good show. I don't know why it didn't last longer.

Ronn Owens. I loved it when he and Dennis Prager got into little fights. Devoting an entire hour to one topic might not work as well these days in the LA market for mornings but I miss his show these days.

Ira Fistel from the old days. When he came back in more recent years his show wasn't the same. Too many old callers and it was stale. Back in the old days Ira was great and was like a walking encyclapedia.

Ken & Bob, Michael Jackson, Ira...all great for their time. But KFI changed the perception of what talk radio should sound like...and there's no going back.
