I need info on the ft mayers/napples market

I have a job offer from a station in the south florida area and i have personaly never been their i have been to miami pleanty of times and im wondering if this is a good market and is cost of living very different from lets say texaS?

Depends on what part of Texas you were in.. Now, you luck out... Again, no state income taxes! Tourism has helped Florida and Tennessee to stay off that trail.. Fort Myers/Naples/Cape Coral have a lower cost than Miami or Ft. Lauderdale/W.PalmBeach.. But, again, it's where you plant in that area.. Naples high... Cape (Lower high, Upper Medium)... Fort Myers (Older, Less)... North Fort Myers (Retirement)... South Fort Myers and Bonita Springs (Younger, Families and Moderate).....What station? Can you say? I was there in 1987 and stayed until 1991, then moved with the same group to build in Nashville.... I love that area.. But it is more congested than when I was there.. Colonial is the main and center Blvd. to enter the market.....
