WRFF came on board, when I try and listen to MMR its constant commercials, replays of the P&S show and just talk and nonsense and non-stop U2 and the relic, I guess when they were the only game in town I had no choice. Lets face it WRFF is a better station in all aspects, wait until the new ratings come out, a big chunk of MMR's audience will be gone. BTW what was played last night at 8:13PM on WRFF between the Black Crowes and Sponge, never heard it before, I had my Grundig on in the mall so no RDS or computer nearby, but it was fabulous, music like that makes 1045 a good station, face it people WRFF is the station. On another note, was in the apple last week, K-rock blows MMR away and CBS-FM does the same to OGL. WRFF is the best thing that happened to Philly radio since the demise of Y, DRE and YSP and this is coming from a die hard Metal freak. Also, was on Concord Pike today, I noticed the complex of JBR/Ticket and RDX are gone from their location.

I disagree completely. First, WRFF and WMMR are two different types of rock stations - this is like comparing green apples to red apples. WRFF is killing WYSP, it isn't doing much to 'MMR. WMMR is the rock station for the 25-54 crowd, period.

How many rock stations have come and gone since April, 1968? WYSP as classic rock, WYSP as active rock, Y 100, WDRE, WDAS-FM, Alice 104.5's "rockin' hits", WIFI in the late 60s...

Their facilites were on the Philadelphia Pike, not Concord Pike. Regardless, they moved in....March, I believe.
They now work in a brand new, spacious facility off of 141, behind the News Journal.
