I've had XM for almost 4 years now, and had to call in probably 4 times (2 verbal, 2 non-verbal (online)). the 2 online times actually worked faster then calling. it is good to pay on time, or deactivation will most likely occur (as it did with me since they screwed up how I wanted to pay for service the first time).that, and both of my radios are still functional (gave my Sony PNP to my sis...sounds better in her Jeep anyway...seriously!).
