I think I'm getting taken by my website company - need advice

I'm paying $55 a month for them to host (I think this is pricy) and now to add an RSS feed to put my blog on the site they're charging $200. I can't imagine what they are going to charge me when I want to put a video feed of my colonoscopy. I'm guessing $100 a foot.

Are there any company favorites among radio hosts that I should look into, or is this the standard and I shouldn't be suspicious? I wish I was more computer savvy, but the internet wasn't around when I was in medical school.

Thx for any advice.

Hi Big A. I didn't think about them. My domain name is cheap, only $15/ a year but if they host the actual site, that may work. Thx!
