Hmmm, they changed the call sign from W28CT to WXCW-CA.

Well I think we know what network they'll be going after.

No, its simulcasting WCTX currently on 11 from Farmington, CT.
It is operated by WWLP according go the license.
 
Is channel 11 from Farmington still on the air? I used to be able to get a pretty good signal from them on the west side of Farmington, but when I tuned in back in December I saw no signal at all. Did they change power or direction by any chance?
