Only Chapter 7 bankruptcy forces the sale of assets to pay creditors. The talk about iHeart involves a Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which means the company stays intact and is reorganized while creditors, generally, take a haircut.

Why would Entercom aka Radio.com take over Z100. They have to be at the limit for radio ownership in NYC given that they took over the old CBS Radio though. Also Entercom is in the process of ending their broadcast contracts with Tunein. Entercom wants all their stations on the radio.com app and in house to boost the brand radio.com.

Because entercom is good company. I think entercom can be z100 good to run and rid Elvis Duran and Ryan too. Z100 need go to local. Iheartmedia Station not on TuneIn too

Read post #3 #6 and #7. Not going to happen. The station is not for sale.
What A said plus the fact that Z100 is iHeart’s #1 biller in NYC and the #2 biller for the entire company nationwide. It would probably be the very last station they would sell in the extremely unlikely event they decide to sell off.
