As much as it sucks that 107.5 is no longer oldies, I do listen to The Eagle and prefer it over The Aarow. I'd much rather listen to Dean & Rog than W & J after listening to them just one time. I could go out and buy an HD tuner to listen to the HD2 stream of The Eagle, but I can just go online and listen to KONO....unless a maricle happens and KLOL goes off the air giving me the opportunity to DX KONO.
KEAGLE sucks. Don't care what you people say.
I agree that Houston is still missing a "great" classic rock station. I feel there is still a void for someone who has the b**ls to come in here and do it right. But the Eagle for now is doing it better than the Arrow.
Its sad when the standards of what's good has to be lowered to the point of whoever sucks the least!! They both totally blow. If I had to choose one it'd be the Arrow (excluding W&J)... Only because they don't play Eurythmics!!!
I feel the chances of getting a really "great" station are slim and none. They've insulted the listeners so long, no one even cares anymore... Myself included. The excitement of having a rock station to call our own is of the bye gone era I dread. Disenchanted is too nice of a word.

UGH both play the same stuff - I get so tired of Hotel California, Goodbye Stranger and the rest of the 200 songs they play into the ground I could puke when they come on. So many good songs on those albums - seldom if ever heard because they only play the one cut. How long before major burnout occurs and people just don't listen to either one. Who programs the music on those stations, some kid with an iPod shuffle that only has 200 songs? Sirius XM 46 and 49 have some real classic hits.

It is VERY sad that HOUSTON doesn't have ONE DECENT STATION!!!! We should have a plethora of wonderful stations....but, alas not one.
