i want pulse 877 on the radio

i listened to 877 the pulse party since last year it was my fave station cause it played the coolest techno songs. i saw the pulse website but i dont hear it on the radio. 877 is some spanish station now it used to be the pulse party on 87.7.. what number is pulse on now my radio doesnt go to any stations before 877 it goes to 1079 when i try to go lower.can any of u guys who work for pulse tell me why it went off from 877 in january n i couldnt find it anywhere after that.

Pulse is NEVER coming back to 87.7. Party is NEVER coming back to 87.7. Best bet is to support the stations that do play some dance music (KTU, 92.3 Now on Saturday nights from 7:45 to 3am) or be positive and work for another outlet to place dance music on another dial.

Perhaps Katie's best bet is to get one of those local transmitters that plug into the computer's USB drive, fire up the Pulse Internet stream and then tune her FM radio to whatever frequency the product states. Hey, it's better than nothing, right?

By the way, FWIW, 87.7 is now Russian.

Pulse 87 went bankrupt in October 2009 and it was replaced by PartyFM on 87.7. It was never called "Pulse Party 87", perhaps you just didn't notice the different station names. PartyFM went off 87.7 in January because JVC didn't want to keep leasing the signal when the FCC could shut down analog LPTV at any time, and it wouldn't be viable to invest in 87.7 for the long term.

You can still hear Pulse online at pulse87ny.com
