I went to the beach

105.9 FM has made a change. The first thing I noticed was that I was getting less interference on WEZV south of Hamlet. For the past several years, I've lost WEZV just south of Hamlet and not gotten it back until south of Marion. I was hearing WEZV in Marion. The formats over the years have included gospel, rap, and rock, but this year it was talk. I finally figured out what happened. Several years ago WJMX and WWRK swapped formats but the translator stayed the same. WJMX is still the rock station but WWRK, which has Rush Limbaugh's replacements among others, is now using the 105.9 translator.
