I will be gone for awhile

They gave my back my Hp Pavillion notebook long enough to write a few notes to people. I just got let out of the Kennedy Hospital in Indio (in Calif) and am being transferred to some place in AZ where I had insurance. Now I don't know. When I got to the terminal to pick up my load, I could not feel my right arms and I had a pretty bad stomach ache in my chest and was having a hard time breating becasue it is so hot here. The nurse told me my blood pressure was 183 over 118 and I was put on some stuff called Maxicide or something and another thing called Clonivide i think. I can't see the writing too well. The Hoagland brothers are going to fire me I am sure for this. Holy crap huh? Good bye now

thank you

Howard

We wish you a speedy recovery, Howard. And if you're headed in the Buckeye direction, stop by the Media Hut where Nurse Jeff and I'll check out that stomach ache in your chest and provide you with a second opinion. You'll be able to breathe a lot easier here as our highs this week will only get up to 110 degrees - at least 5 degrees cooler than Indio and not as windy or ugly. Don't worry about that rig gig...as I remind Nurse Jeff all the time, he was looking for a job before he took one at the Hut!

Hi Dr Akbar..that is pretty funny. Thank you. Someday maybe we can meet up and have some whoops (never mind I am not supposed to eat any more of that roast beef I guess) Sorry I bothered you people on here. I don't really feel well now so I can't go swimming

thank you

Howard

Howard,

As someone who used to enjoy harrassing talking to truckers on his parent's CB base station, I wish you a speedy recovery and continued employment.

Your posts have been a fun diversion from the dark-side of radio.

Best Regards,
KOHS ;D

That is all very kinf of you all. Indio is really hot and it is all brown. They are going to let me take a train today. I have a ticket. Man there are a lot of trains in this town for sure. I am hungry though. There is this guy who is a nurse who is coming with me to Yuma today and I have to pay him to get back to California. This has all benn a big mess and guess what? My hospital bill has already been paid by Dennis Hoagland Mr. Hoagland called the hospital here and is going to pay my bill. I just want to enjoy something cold and listen to Lesly Gore or Johnny Rivers for awhile and sleep. Mr., Hoagland said that he is going to send someone to come and get his truck and he is not even mad at me. Dennis is thoe one guy who I thought would like to have seen me dead but I guess not today huh? What a surprise to me, and I might even get to work as a dispatcher he said. His brother Gordon was the one who got me into this mess anyway, but I am so very happy to hear they are not mad at me. Gordon Hoagland is very nice but he eats a lot of roast beef so I should have known huh? Man this is a relief for sure. I will be in phoenix again I hope to meet you all at a big party I am going to have there. We can listen to 1440-on AM and enjoy something to eat and listen to KOOL if there is an FM there too. I like KOOL most of the time becasue it comes in better.

thank you

Howard
