I would agree, Tom, But I believe this is just a link to a blog of "Someone" who won an HD radio. Pocketradio has stated numerous times in the past that he does not have nor has never even seen an HD radio outside of a retail store.

I agree, though. Congrats to SOMEONE...

What incentive is there to plunk down $200 - $300 for an HD Radio ? I could listen free on the Web, but what is the point ?

With $200, I could buy a lifetime of very nice pocket-radios.

I'm not attacking you. I was stating a fact as stated by you. No more. No less. I just wanted to clairfy that you were not the winner.

I wish that P.R. did win it, so he can cite in first-person his experiences with having to continuously reboot the radio, erect albatross antenna systems, purge viruses from the firmware (which apparently must be updated regularly), be tracked via the internal GPS chip by the HD Radio Cartel, hear the humming power supply, and on and on... You know, these problems that all HD Radio owners struggle with every time they attempt to turn one on.
