I wonder if kids were terrified by this

I know it had to be done, but I wonder how many kids were terrified by the National Weather Service Announcement for a Severe Thunderstorm Warning that cut out the audio during BABAR on the QUBO Network (WHPX/26 New London, CT). No I wasn't watching it. I was flipping channels when I saw the scrolling messsage at the top of the screen and stopped to listen to hear where the warning was.
 
For a minute, I thought you were going to report that Mark Foley had taken over Nickelodeon.
