The new tower site hasn't been constructed yet. I don't know how long it takes for Univisión to put up a new tower site, but the power increase calls for a new site, and the site has to be prepared for that. I don't know how well they'll be heard up in and around Milwaukee, as the station must protect WKRS Waukegan during the daytime on 1220AM.
