"IBiquity Digital's Make-or-Break Point Approaches"

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A58846-2005Feb27.html

"It has been seven years since the first significant venture money poured into iBiquity Digital Corp. and nearly 15 years since the company's founding. For private equity investors, that's an eternity to wait for a payoff."

"If we had this conversation seven years ago and you were to tell me that in 2004 this company would still be private and raising funds, I'd probably have keeled over," said Thomas Uhlman, a managing partner at iBiquity's largest shareholder, New Venture Partners LLC. "

"Chief executive Robert J. Struble is working to make iBiquity's digital radio technology the broadcast industry's standard. (Andrea Bruce Woodall -- The Washington Post)"

Take a look, at the big humba himself - what a fraud ! No wonder, two key players have just resigned from iBiquity ! :D

Through your desperation, you are admitting defeat.

The private equity investors will sell to others, like Intel which just poured a huge investment into iBiquity. This happens all the time.

Some of the biotech startups have been developing drugs for 15 years with no profit.

Hmmm, XM radio will be profitable next year.

Not really. They will have positive cash flow, or EBITDA, but not an operating profit after taxes, interest, amortization and depreciation. And in 2007 they have to spend $300 million to replace a bad satellite.

They are already two years late in thier projections, anyway.

Unlike iBiquity, which was mostly financed by broadcasters and does not need to be instantly profitable, XM and Sirius are running out of options. The stock price, especially of XM, means that equity financing will seriously dilute the equity of existing shareholders, and depress the stock price further. They will likely hold on, but this is one precarious enterprise... which is why they changed top management and why the stock is so low.

=====> They will have positive cash flow, or EBITDA,

Uh huh. Two years before Ibiquity.

And like the Post article says, the whole Ibiquity house of cards is setting upon a consuimer acceptance that as of now is mere wishful thinking.

IBOC, a fraud and a failure = "HD Radio will not boost revenues says J. P. Morgan" + "IBiquity Digital's Make-or-Break Point Approaches"

David: "The private equity investors will sell to others, like Intel which just poured a huge investment into iBiquity. This happens all the time."

This supposed "huge" amount was undisclosed, but Intel did state that they limited their exposure, so it couldn't have been that "huge" ! No one else has came running to iBiquity !

Search the Internet and you will see no other investors listed.

Doesn't mean there no talking going on. You are purely speculating.

Any capital investment would be publc knowledge and available on the Internet.

Re-read my post. I said talking. As in investing at a later date.
