So much for the creditable and accuracy of news.

Joke is kind of poor taste since the crash is still fresh in people's minds.
 
To have names like those read over the air and nobody had a clue is hard to believe. The news producer and the person writing for the tele prompter as well as the news reader didn't see this coming.It's harder to believe that the NTSB would have confirmed those names (even a intern)

Take your time to get the facts right, it's better to last with the facts than first with incorrect information.

I have watched this on repeat a dozen times and it still amazes me they went live with these names, confirmed or not. And it went through multiple hands at KTVU.
