Don't really know too much about the ratings / management or Work enviornment.

The New, 107 The Bone: The Valleys REAL Rock Station!

Try There, I'd Kill For That Job.

Watch what you wish for. The bigger the corporation, the smaller you are, and the more replaceable you are. After 35+ years doin' this, I can tell you the best stations to work for are the independants. They do not always pay the best, but there's less stress, less pressure, bigger margins of room for error. If you're entering the biz, think small. Now there are crappy operators, and good ones too, and they come in all sizes.

When you can handle the stress, the responsibility for ratings performance, the money at larger stations will follow.

Considering you have three companies, Clear Channel, Citadel and Nassau there aren't a lot of choices. Also you are limited to the amount of stations owned by these companies. The market is #69, but to the proximity to Philadelphia and New York, these companies only own two stations each. The openings in these stations are always filled locally.

Any company other than Nassau. Their future in the region is shaky at best, you may want to go with a station with stability.
