.9 To continue broadening the 80's thru now playlist. Primarily by adding a wider variety of 80's including a good deal of the New Wave/ New Romanatic stuff. Artists such as Hall and Oates, Fun Pop Music such as The Go-Go's, Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink soundtrack. As well as broadening the playlist to add more acoustic/AAA fare. While still maintaining a listen at work feel. Then by removing Deliah's show. Other artist to include- Suzanne Vega, R.E.M, New Order (Elegria is perfect for the format.), Don Henely, Pointer Sisters, Simple Minds and even some Madonna. I like the new transitation to the format. This would be taking it a step further.

.7 Sounds good, Can't say how long Play would last.
.7 Nice Mix of Music
.5 I don't listen so I can't say, Except that WFLZ has far more variety. Maybe why Hot hasn't surpassed FLZ yet.
.5 Is this a Active Rock or Classic Rock. Can Cox make up their mind
.7 Could branch out into some 50's and 60's tunes
.5 Add personalities
