Identify this ABC News Package?

I came across this little "soundtrack" that looks apparently full of cuts of the ABC News theme and different versions. There are three versions of the World News Tonight theme (sadly, the original 1978 theme in full was not included), and a few other different re-recorded versions with synthesizers, and a few other versions, some of which were edited from the original 1978 WNT theme.

The one highlight of this package, is the clearest version of the Electronic ticker version of the WNT theme that was used for News briefs and as the early WNT theme I have ever heard.

The question I have is....was this stuff actually used on air, and where did it come from? My guess is that it was from Score productions itself. But when could it have been recorded. I doubt that some of this was actually recorded in 78. It sounds early 80s. And I think I've heard some of these cuts in some WNT intros from early-to-mid 83.
 
...I'm positive some local ABC affiliates used these cuts (didn't WLUK/11 Green Bay or WAOW/9 Wausau go with these for a short time in the late '70s?)...
 
Oh yea, it's definitely the ABC package released in 1978. Cut #35 was used for TV primetime news briefs....Cut #13 was the ABC Information Network radio top-of-the-hour theme. One of them was also used for 20/20...And sometimes you'd hear the entire theme if you listened to ABC public affairs radio shows like "Perspectives".

Thank you for identifying that for me.....some of that stuff I don't ever remember hearing on WNT in the past....and the nice little two minute rendition is a little different different than the version I've been used to.
