If anybody needs "radio-type" Ernesto updates....

I'm brand new to the board, I was the first in-house meteorologist at KTIB in Thibodaux before the station was turned off back in May 2005. Hope all is well with you. With tropical storm Ernesto a possible threat to the northern Gulf Coast for the second half of next week, I wanted to post my website link in case anyone needed storm information from a meteorologist that actually locally-based and not doing an audio link from Pennsylvania, Atlanta, etc. I've been lucky to know the tropical set-up most of my life and hope to do a good job until maybe one day I get back into the "regular media" again (how regular it really is I don't know).
Anyhow, my website is:

www.ktibmemories.com/weather

click on the microphone and the top center of the page, I'll be updating at least twice a day if not more.
Thanks again!
P.S.: In case you were wondering, the nashdonal stands for Nash Roberts, Don Westbrook, and Al Duckworth.

Nice tribute on KTIB BTW... I think I have the article the Daily Comet did on the 50th anniversary for the station.. If I can find it I'll try to send it to you (If I knew a email)

Thank you for the compliment, I will have more KTIB soundbites coming up in the near future. I miss the station tremendously because I was allowed to talk about weather almost at any length.
I was pretty lucky to be an in-studio meteorologist, in addition to sports anchor.
Maybe one day it will come back on, but likely not in the near future.
Take care!
