I would buy 104.9 from Citadel in OKC, and flip it to Urban AC. That would kill their competition, as well as, finally getting an Urban AC on FM.
 
...or just move Power 103.5 to 104.9 to give it a better signal over the metro. Wild 97.9/104.9 has plain sucked since their move to the 104.9 frequency.
