Does he come back as the returning "conquering hero" and have some power? Or do they play nice-nice and kiss his ass for a week or two, then turn around and treat him like crap again?

Man, I don't see how you on-air guys/gals in this industry don't just pull your hair out, kick puppies, or end up on the evening news because of the way it sounds like some of your bosses to treat you guys. I couldn't put up with that kind of crap without bursting a brain cell or two (LOL).

lol ... I hear 'ya.

Some places -- no health insurance, no pension, no life insurance.

Nearly all of them -- no stability.

And some wonder why people stay?

I have heard that J.D. is coming back as part of a settlement from legal action.
He is supposedly only going to do weekends and some voice-tracking for Houston.
