It's a simple question. If the XM-Sirius merger does not get done, would XM close up shop? There's a point at which you have to think the investors in this company are tired of seeing red ink. The merger offers the hope that they'll be able to recoup their investment. But if that fails, it seems to me they may just want to cut their losses and close up shop.
