If these formats are not hot then why on HD

I was up in NYC, and tried their HD band formats. I was surprised to hear Country, Standards, Active, Alternative, British Oldies and more formats that are supposed to be "dead". Back in Philly, same thing, all these "so-called", unpopular formats are poping up on HD. My question is, if the suits think these formats are dead and nobody cares or listens, why bother sliding them on HD side bands, just put Urban on all the HD's also. In the next five years HD will be the current thing, new low cost receivers, etc., making these formats available to almost anyone. Makes me wonder who is kidding who and what formats are really "dead".

Do you ever get tired of saying the same things different ways under different names?
I know, and dose he ever get tired of hating on urban formats?
