If you are a praying person...

I got an email this morning about someone that many of us know. It is absolutely not my place to disclose their name or ailmment, but I will tell you that their name has been on this board many times and their situation is physical and serious.

This is a "rock and hard place" situation because as a person, I must respect their privacy and as a Christian I must reach out to those that might lift them up in prayer. I hate being mysterious but I hope you will understand.

If you are a believer, then say a prayer for a broadcasting brother. If you are not, then I'm sure a good thought or two would be appreciated.

I'm getting off-list emails and phone calls from people that are looking for details. Please understand my dilemma. I wouldn't be a decent human if I devulged too much, although it will likely be widely known over the next couple of days. It's just not my place.

It IS my place as far as I am concerned to pray for this person's well being and to inspire others to do so as well.

I can say that this situation involves a person that is actively involved in central Ohio broadcasting and they are nowhere near retirement age. That's the best I can do.

I thank you all for caring enough to ask.

Well, I guess it's no longer a secret. "There, but for the grace of God go I".
Remember his family in what is surely a difficult time.
