iHeart behind schedule

This is a very complicated problem. A few minutes ago part of a song kept repeating over and over, then the station went to commercial, then another song started repeating, but it wasn't one that would have been in the station's playlist. On my TiVo and on the desktop, the same thing was happening at approximately the same time, and the list of last songs played showed a song that I had never heard of. I turned the TV off and checked a few minutes later. A different song was playing so I turned the TV on. It wasn't the right song but at least nothing was repeating. The noon newscast started ten minutes late. I checked the iHeart web site on the desktop. The song playing on the TV was correct according to the list of last songs played, but the audio was way ahead of schedule. The commercials on the desktop did not air on the TiVo. The commercial break started there and then abruptly switched to the weather forecast and back to the music.

I checked iHeart's web site and the list of last songs played is just about correct.

The station went to a commercial on the TV, then it abruptly cut off the commercial and went to the song that the web site said was playing when I last checked.
