When did the Greater Media Stations jump onto Iheartradio?

It was announced in January but it has to be in the past couple of weeks... I didn't notice anything a couple of weeks ago but I do see it now... I"m not sure on an exact date.

No. Quite a few other broadcast companies/groups/operators are now being carried on the iHeartRadio platform.

Sitting in my office my HD radio doesn't drop out at all but my Iheaert can be a big PIA,

IMO the audio quality of Clear Channel's Iheartradio is excellent.

Clear Channel has strict guidelines for stations on iHeart.. including specific streaming providers.. The iHeart streams are all also HE-AAC which offers better sound at lower bit rates compared to WMA or Mp3 (WMA was a big choice of clear channel in the past)

CBS probably won't do anything. They're a pretty big player in radio themselves, and their online radio player is of high quality, so I don't think they'll join iHeartRadio.
