IHeart sells the Gandy Studios Building for 3.8 million.

There's a lot of this going on these days. Radio companies selling their buildings to real estate companies, and then leasing them back. That way, they're not liable for maintenance or taxes. They just pay rent. Not saying that's the case here, but it's possible.
