iHeart Surprise!

I was surprised to discover the iHeart stations moved out of Woodridge Center Drive and to a building on South Tryon. Old news I know, maybe I don't listen to the iHeart stations often enough. Anyone know the reason for the move? Are the new digs larger or smaller than what they had?

Beasley did the same thing at the beginning of the year. Their new office is maybe a third of the square footage vs South Blvd. I think it makes sense with consolidation and voicetracking, most studios are sitting empty.

Radio One moved all of their operations over to Julian Price in 2023 as well. Their situation is a little different though. The landlord on Lenox Pointe refused to renew their lease.
