Chesney's summer song this year was "Everyone She Knows." It peaked at No. 17 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart. Twice a day sounds about right to me. I was certainly hearing "Wasted on You" and "Damn Strait" a whole lot more frequently than I was hearing that song.
It's more likely an older song, but even then we're talking about 11 times during 168 hours. Nobody actively listens to the radio for 168 hours. If we were programming an on-demand service, that would be a different structure. But that's not what this is. If you work in a store that plays "muzak" or some piped in music service, it's very likely you'll hear the same songs repeated during your 8 hour shift. What the poster wants is something more like an on-demand service where the user controls what they hear.
