IHeartMedia's Black Information Network and DFW radio

with iheartmedia launching a new format devoted to giving information to the African American community in the US, so what does this do for the DFW market, does iheartmedia flip on of it's most underperforming stations in the market, or does it launch as a HD Radio subchannel in this market.

if it's launching in DFW, my pick would be either 1190 AM flips or it launches as a subchannel for KZPS 92.5 FM (right now Lone Star 92.5 has no HD Subchannels at the moment), or do they launch it as KEGL 97.1 HD3, KDGE 102.1 HD3, KDMX 102.9 HD3, or KHKS 106.1 HD3. I think it might get the HD2 slot of 92.5 if they opt to launch it as HD Substation in this market.
 
So far, it’s available on the app as a DFW local, but I don’t know if it’s on an HD subchannel anywhere there. iHeart says it will roll the network out on more stations, but it hasn’t announced all of them.

I wouldn’t read much into it being put on the app as a local. iHeart has added it as a local channel in some markets where it doesn’t own stations.
 
from what I am told 1190 makes money. So its a safe bet that BIN will not be on DFW anytime soon unless it IHeart LMA's a station. I don't know who unless Mortensen wants to dump one of their Gospel formats.
