iHeartRadio Canada streaming.

I know that a while back Bell Media made an agreement with iheartmedia to distribute iHeartRadio to Canada. I use to listen to one of their stations, Energy 99.7, on The TuneIn radio service. But as of this month it's no longer available on that service due to the deal. However it's not listed on the iHeartRadio app here in the U.S. I assume we don't get the bell media stations here in the U.S. without downloading the Bell Media music app? Any reason why it's blocked in the U.S.?
